- All employees are eligible to visit the health center. Spouses and dependents (age 2+) covered on the Cretex Medical plan are also eligible.
- $20 copay for primary/acute care.

- Acute and primary care services include treatment of common illnesses, preventative checkups, and comprehensive health review.
- Health coaching includes nutrition, tobacco cessation, stress management, physical activity, and more.
- Health assessments to keep you informed of your current health-related numbers.
During September and October Be Well Flu Shot clinics will be held at several locations.
Flu shots are recommended for all patients 6 months and older to protect yourself, and the vulnerable people in your life. Flu shots are FREE for employees.
