AHA Diabetes Tools and Resources

The American Heart Association (AHA) supports education and resources around the disease because adults with diabetes are twice as likely to suffer a heart attack or stroke as those adults without diabetes. They provide a variety of tools and resources, including education about reducing your risk of heart attack and stroke, advice on dietary changes to manage the disease, and programs that provide discounted or free medication.
