Maintaining heart health with new recipes
In honor of American Heart Month, throughout the month of February we encouraged our team members to try new heart healthy recipes. Below are some of the recipes that our team members tried and shared with the Be Well team.
I chose this recipe as one of my children is vegetarian and I needed more recipes that the whole family could enjoy. Secondly, having a warm bowl of soup on a cold winter day is always a plus.
