During September and October Be Well Flu Shot clinics will be held at several locations.
Flu shots are recommended for all patients 6 months and older to protect yourself, and the vulnerable people in your life. Flu shots are FREE for employees.

Physical wellness can look different for everyone. It may mean scheduling a preventive screening, getting outside more often, stretching at work, choosing more nourishing meals, or learning how to better care for your body.
